  3. Plastic Surgery

Alongside the dental care it’s known for, Kotul Healthcare arranges plastic and reconstructive surgery in Antalya — with the same approach our patients already trust: an honest assessment from your photos before you travel, a written plan and quote with no deposit, and your flight met, transfers driven and hotel booked by our team. Whether you’re considering a single procedure or weighing up your options, the starting point is the same: a free, confidential review of your case.

You bring the goal. We organise everything around it — surgery, hospital stay, hotel and every transfer — in English, German, Polish or Turkish, so nothing gets lost in translation at the moment it matters most.

Thinking about a procedure? Send your photos confidentially on WhatsApp — you’ll get a free assessment and a written plan, with no obligation.

Procedures We Offer

The right procedure — or combination — is always a clinical decision made after your assessment, not a menu choice. Below is what we arrange, grouped by area.

Breast

  • Breast augmentation — adds volume and shape with implants, sized to fit your frame, when you want a noticeable, controllable increase.
  • Fat transfer breast augmentation — uses your own fat for a modest, natural enhancement with no implant, for patients who want a subtle change.
  • Breast lift (mastopexy) — raises and reshapes breasts that have lost firmness after pregnancy, weight change or age. It restores position rather than size.
  • Breast reduction — removes excess tissue and weight, often as much a comfort operation as an aesthetic one, easing neck, back and shoulder strain.
  • Gynecomastia (male breast reduction) — flattens and firms enlarged male chest tissue using liposuction, gland removal, or both.

A lift with implants, or a lift with reduction, is commonly planned as one operation, one anaesthesia and one recovery where it’s appropriate for you.

Body

  • Abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) — removes excess skin and tightens the abdominal wall after pregnancy or major weight loss.
  • Liposuction — refines localised fat deposits at a stable weight. It reshapes; it isn’t weight loss.
  • Leg aesthetics — contouring and shaping of the thighs, calves and lower legs.
  • Thigh lift — removes loose, sagging skin from the inner thighs after significant weight loss.
  • Arm lift (brachioplasty) — tightens drooping upper-arm skin, most often after weight loss.

Complementary operations — such as liposuction with a tummy tuck — are often planned as one coordinated surgery where it’s safe, which usually means less cost than staging them separately.

Facial

  • Rhinoplasty — reshapes the nose for facial balance, in ultrasonic or ethnic techniques, with breathing correction built in where needed.
  • Facelift — for sagging in the lower face and neck: the jowls and loose skin that filler can’t fix.
  • Mini facelift — a lighter lift for earlier, milder jawline laxity, with a quicker recovery.
  • Neck lift — for loose neck skin, bands and a lost jawline; often combined with a facelift.
  • Eyelid surgery (upper) — removes hooded, heavy upper-lid skin. High impact, low downtime.
  • Lower eyelid surgery — addresses under-eye bags and puffiness.
  • Facial fat transfer — restores lost volume using your own fat, a surgical alternative to fillers.
  • Lip augmentation — adds shape and fullness to the lips, by filler or fat.
  • Ear pinning (otoplasty) — sets prominent ears closer to the head; one of the gentlest procedures, for children and adults.

Because the face ages as a whole, these are frequently combined — eyelid surgery alongside a facelift, or a neck lift with it — so one healing period covers the result.

Non-Surgical Aesthetics

Not every change calls for an operation. These treatments refresh and restore with little or no downtime, and are most often added to a trip you’re already taking for another procedure.

  • Dermal fillers — injectable hyaluronic acid to restore facial volume and soften lines, with temporary, natural-looking results.
  • Thread lift — dissolvable threads to gently lift mild sagging: a subtle refresh, not a replacement for a facelift.
  • PRP treatment — platelet-rich plasma from your own blood to revitalise skin and support thinning hair, over a course of sessions.

On their own these rarely justify a flight, and we’ll tell you so honestly — as part of your plan, they’re an easy way to round out your results.

Reconstructive Surgery

Reconstructive surgery has a different starting point. The goal isn’t enhancement — it’s restoration: rebuilding form and function after illness, injury or a difference present from birth. These cases are handled with the extra care they deserve, with an unhurried, confidential assessment and an honest conversation about what’s achievable before any decision.

  • Breast reconstruction after mastectomy — rebuilds the breast using implants, your own tissue, or a combination, either at a planned stage after treatment or years later. It’s commonly completed in more than one stage, and your plan will say so honestly from the start.
  • Post-trauma repair — restores structure and appearance after accidents and injuries, work that often involves both function and confidence.
  • Scar revision — improves the appearance of prominent scars from surgery, burns or injury. A scar can’t be erased, but it can often be made significantly less visible.
  • Congenital differences — conditions present from birth, assessed case by case, with treatment built around the individual rather than a standard protocol.

For reconstructive cases, your medical history is part of the picture — bring any prior treatment or oncology records, and our team will listen first, then advise.

How It Works

  1. Photo assessment. Share clear photos of the area, your goals and medical history through WhatsApp or the contact form. Our medical team reviews everything confidentially — free.
  2. An honest recommendation. You hear which procedure (or combination) actually addresses your concern — including when the answer is that a smaller treatment, or no surgery at all, is the right one.
  3. Written plan and quote. All-inclusive, no deposit, no hidden fees. You see what’s involved for your anatomy before you commit to anything.
  4. The trip. Airport pick-up at Antalya Airport (AYT), private transfers and your hotel are arranged before you land.
  5. Surgery and recovery in Antalya. Your procedure, hospital stay and follow-up checks are coordinated by your personal coordinator in your language. Recovery and length of stay vary by procedure — typically you remain until you’re cleared to fly, and your written plan confirms your timeline.
  6. Aftercare from home. Our team stays in contact through your healing after you fly back.

Why Arrange It Through Kotul

  • Honest case assessment first — including telling you if a smaller procedure is enough, or if your expectations and your anatomy don’t match. We don’t sell the bigger operation to fill a quote.
  • Combination planning — complementary procedures planned as one surgery, one anaesthesia and one recovery where it’s safe and sensible.
  • personal coordinator in your language from your first message to your final follow-up.
  • Hotel and all private transfers included — and Antalya is an easier place to rest and recover than most.
  • Companion welcome — a friend or partner stays in the same room and joins every transfer.
  • Complete confidentiality with your photos and medical details.
  • 5 stars on Trustpilot from 140+ patients across our treatments.

What Does Plastic Surgery Cost in Antalya?

Every procedure — and every operation plan — is different, so quotes are always individual:

  • Free written quote after your photo assessment
  • All-inclusive: surgery, hospital stay, hotel and every transfer
  • No deposit to book and no hidden fees — the figure you confirm is what you pay

Patients typically save substantially compared with equivalent surgery in the UK or Western Europe.

You don't have to — that's the point of the free assessment. Share your goal and photos, and our medical team recommends a path, including telling you honestly if a smaller treatment, or no surgery at all, is the right answer.

It depends on the procedure and your recovery. Non-surgical treatments may need only a day or two; surgical patients typically stay until they're cleared to fly. Your written plan includes a recommended stay before you book anything.

Yes. A companion is welcome to stay in your room and join every transfer, at no awkward extra arrangement on your side.

Completely. Your photos and medical details are shared only with the medical team assessing your case.

Often, yes. Where it's safe, complementary operations are planned as one surgery — one anaesthesia and one recovery — which usually costs less than staging them separately. Whether it's right for you is decided at assessment.

Usually not — fillers, thread lifts and PRP are quick, accessible treatments that make the most sense added to a trip you're already planning. We'll always give you an honest view.
