Booking terms, any deposit, and payment methods are set out in your treatment plan or confirmed in writing before you travel.
If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please contact us as early as possible. Travel and accommodation arranged through us are subject to the terms of the relevant providers.
While we work to the highest standards, no specific medical or aesthetic result can be guaranteed, as outcomes depend on individual factors including your anatomy, healing and adherence to aftercare. Photos and reviews shown on our website reflect individual patient experiences and are not a promise of the same result for every patient.
Where a warranty applies to a treatment (for example a warranty on implants or ceramic work), its scope, duration and conditions are set out in writing in your treatment plan and/or warranty document. Warranties are subject to proper care, attendance at recommended check-ups, and the stated conditions.
